Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relations and provide inspection, testing, and maintenance agreements to existing and new customers.
  • Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales related activities inclusive of construction, service repair or other needs the customer may have.
  • Keep detailed activity in CRM system.
  • Promptly respond to customer requests.
  • Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators.
  • Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years experience selling testing and inspections, and/or fire systems service repairs, will consider a minimum of two years experience Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...)
  • Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices
  • Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Valid drivers license with good driving record

Preferred Qualification
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements Preferred
  • Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site is a plus
  • NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards a plus
