Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join the team in La Vergne, TN. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of inside sales representatives. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and marketing campaigns
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance
- Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or related roles
- Previous management experience
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stills with Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, and powerpoint)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals
- Experience in business development and expanding market share
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions (Salesforce a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred
We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission and bonus, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. Base Salary is $60,000 -$70,000 with OTE bringing compensation potential to $120,000 per year!
