Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high volume of warm leads environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers over the phone and assist them in finding the right products

- Provide product information and demonstrate features through quick responses and product understanding and effectiveness.

- Assist customers with their purchases and get customers to commit to contract types described and provided by leadership.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is required. You will need to show these sales skills in your interviews and for the first month in order to acccelerate your opportunities and grow with Valor.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management

- Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
