Eagle Roofing Solution is looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Independent Sales Associatewith a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals. As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through networking and cold calling, and offer outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Independent Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.
• Customize sales presentations to suit the clients needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
• Understand the clients pain points and offer solutions from the Eagle Roofing Solution product line and services.
• Nurture prospective customers by following up with high-quality referrals from existing clients.

• $8,000 "Sign-on" Bonus: On-boarded representatives will receive a generous sign-on bonus, distributed in two installments. The first $4,000 is awarded after the initial 30 days, with the remaining $4,000 granted after 60 days, contingent upon meeting specific requirements, including attendance at meetings, coaching sessions, and achieving ramp-up quotas.
