Free Press Publishing is looking for two sales and marketing professionals to work with local businesses on their advertising needs, both in print and online. One position will serve the Cheney-Medical Lake-Airway Heights area and the other will work with businesses and others in nearby Lincoln and Adams Counties.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local business advertising and marketing trends

- Conduct sales presentations to existing and potential clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and provide ongoing account management support while working on simultaneous projects
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, In-Design and spreadsheets is a plus

We offer a base salary plus commission.
