Nissan of Tustin is looking for high-energy, friendly, people to fill full time Customer Relations/BDC positions. Work for the #1 rated Nissan Dealer in Orange County! We are looking for candidates to be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills be able to multi-task, follow direction, and be available to work evenings and weekends. Spanish speaker preferred.

Responsibilities: Success is simple. Our BDC Specialists perform the following duties:

• Receive inbound phone inquiries
• Perform follow up activities to customer contacts
• Evaluate the needs of each customer inquiry and prepare reply strategy
• Convert customer contacts to set appointments
• Achieve appointment set and show goals
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work as a team with managers and department staff
• Communicate effectively with management

The BDC Service Rep. Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $17.05.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
