Full description of the position

• Answer phones and ensure all inquiries are dealt with accurately, timely and in a professional manner
• Maintain timely and effective communications within sales
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the sales team to reach common goals
• Provide assistance in the sales process by qualifying business from incoming calls and walk ins
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong hospitality skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
