A hunter - strategic in approach, and professional in all interactions.

Invigorated by introducing new concepts or services to previous non-buyers/users; and know how to create urgency by focusing on prospects challenges and pain.

A master at prospecting because they have no fear of rejection or call reluctance, and credentials dont scare them. Ideally have experience working with executive and administrative leadership in the healthcare world, such as COOs, CFOs, Regional Material Mangers, Executive Directors.

Enjoying the thrill of navigating buying channels, including purchasing group and network affiliations.

Someone who knows how to manage sales cycles that can last from 1-4+ months & maintaining a robust pipeline.

You Are:

Consistently successful in selling value over price in a competitive market selling contractual based services, where you are not the cheapest.and you can prove it!

Youre the type of person that asks the questions the other salespeople wish they had, thanks to your strong listening skills, and can translate a complex solution in a clear, direct manner.

You are excellent at managing your time and territory, objectively assess viability of a prospect, and are not afraid to ask for the no.

Youve been professionally trained in a solution-selling process and are committed to continually improving your skills.

We need you to be earn over $100,000+ (base + commission), and while youll receive some leads, you will be willing to hunt and cultivate a predominantly self-cultivated pipeline.
