Summary

Inside sales representative for an international manufacturing company specialized in the making, selling, and distribution of electrical cables used in commercial, and industrial applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process activity from prospecting through inquiry, negotiation, order entry, order management, and post order service
• Customer Contract and Project Administration. Managing contracts and projects details, status reports, manufacturing scheduling, logistics, customer questionnaires, forms, and agreements
• Communicates order status, and expected delivery dates based on current production schedules
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers & distributors across all functions and levels of the organization

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales customer management experience
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets within an inside sales/customer management role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools to effectively manage customer relationships and track sales progress.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing sales
• Industrial market and project order management experience
• Bi-lingual with Spanish as a second language.
• BA/BS degree.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business related trips; ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

Bonus eligible at a target of 20% based on performance
