For the past 30 years Doctor's Lawn and Landscape has been providing Award winning landscape service to our customers in both Kansas City and Lake of the Ozarks metro locations. As our Presence grows so does our business. This is why we are seeking a motivated highly organized individual to join our Production Team.

Here is what you would do:

The Maintenance Production Manager is responsible for assisting with managing any and all landscape & lawn care maintenance aspects of Doctor's Lawn and Landscape. Youd be responsible for client satisfaction, providing quality, cost-effective services by scheduling and directing personnel and resources efficiently. You would be a mentor and leader to our crew leaders and crew members and a part of creating a company culture that is built around empowering their employees.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of plant material identification, growth habits, and trimming requirements.
• Work effectively with computer software (Aspire, Excel) to accurately complete required tasks.
• Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service to develop an appropriate action plan, and performing hands-on work as needed.
• Proactively address issues that arise in your areas of responsibility to ensure quick resolution and minimize potential liability.
• Ensuring the proper maintenance, storage, and use of company equipment
• Coordinating materials, people, equipment and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets company standards
• Direct crews in the implementation of their daily schedules, providing direction and goals to be accomplished and emphasizing quality and efficiency of operations.
• Ordering materials as needed, and monitoring costs and deliveries
• Provide hands on training and support of crew personnel in areas such as proper and safe operation of equipment, pruning techniques and all aspects of job safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum 2 years experience in the landscaping industry or local marketplace
• A minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of Aspire and Outlook are a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Superb time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and foster a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; and an openness to embracing new technology.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
