Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description:

J&M Printing in Gwinner, ND has an opening for a full time Account Manager to join our team! This person must be detail-oriented and a fully dedicated team player with a strong desire to promote and grow our company. Duties include but not limited too: Customer interaction, manage customer inquiries, process orders, etc.. Occasional overtime as needed.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with production as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Account Manager Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Comfortable using computers.
• 1 Experience working in Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 45 per week
