Requirements
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute to our agency's ongoing success. The role of a SDA] is vital in achieving our goals, and we are looking for candidates who can meet the following requirements:
Outreach Capacity: Make 200-400 calls per day to engage with new prospects, current prospects, and existing customers, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication.
Connectivity Goal: Achieve a minimum of 6-8 meaningful connections with prospects and customers daily, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
Utilize Lead Lists: Effectively utilize lead lists, customer lists, and follow-up lists to identify and engage with potential clients, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
Supportive Attitude: Exhibit a helpful and supportive attitude towards Licensed Sales and Service Agents, providing assistance to help them excel in their roles.
Process Mastery: Quickly learn and understand the processes within the agency, contributing to the seamless operation of our team.
Drive for Success: Show a strong desire for personal and professional growth within the insurance industry, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
