BridgeTower Media is seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator.
What skills does the job require?
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant or Project Manager
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus in Excel.
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Able to proactively perform multiple projects under tight deadlines, work independently, successfully manage concurrent projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down
What will you be Responsible for?
- Preparations for key meetings
- Create reports and presentations to support overall division
- Utilize company technology and software systems to provide detailed reports and tracking
- Manage projects that support our team and clients
- Assist with on-boarding of new employees on company software systems
- Will be the go-to resource for company CRM tool, etc.
- Coordinate all sales materials/execution for all Home Furnishings related markets and events.
- Point of Contact for all facility, building management, and in and out-going mail.
- Develop special tracking reports as needed
