What a Greysmith Business Development Leader does:
A successful Business Development Consultant is a master of resources, loves the thrill of the hunt, and understands the value a strong client relationship brings to monthly revenue goals. As a Business Development Consultant, you will seek out new client business and further develop existing client relationships. You are responsible for the entire client life-cycle from the initial introduction to recruiting talent, placing candidates and beyond. Responsibilities of a Business Development Consultant:
Grow market share by increasing business activity with existing clients, prospecting for new clients, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective business
Apply business development tactics through cold calling, in-person meetings, participating in marketing campaigns, and networking
Recruit and market top talent to expand your talent network and fill open positions
Understand clients needs and sell the value of our staffing solutions to help clients achieve their goals
Become an expert in the industries you support
Consult with clients on market trends and talent availability
Collaborate with team recruiters to identify the best candidates for your clients
Requirements of a Business Development Consultant:
A hunter perspective/mentality who is not afraid of a challenge
B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate internally and externally
Consistent track record of achievement in past positions and a desire for continued sales training
Self-motivated and driven with an outgoing personality and a solutions-based mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A leader in actions and words
Bachelors Degree

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
