Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct wheel alignments and balancing
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with tire selection
- Maintain accurate inventory control of tires and related products
- Complete sales transactions and order fulfillment

Skills:
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Proficient in inventory control to manage stock levels effectively
- Sales experience to meet sales targets and goals
- Ability to negotiate pricing with customers when necessary
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly work area
