Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
