```Overview:```
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, measureing, quoting, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

```Duties:```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in retail & glass experience a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Computer use a must
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset for serving diverse customer needs
