We are actively seeking smart, self-starting individuals to join our retail sales team. You'll be surrounded by some of the most encouraging and ambitious people in the industry. No prior sales experience is required. We offer paid training with experienced industry professionals, who will work with you to ensure you reach your full potential. As a retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities for a Retail Sales Associate:

• Assisting customers in finding and selecting products.
• Building rapport and consumer confidence by offering product suggestions & options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay current with product knowledge and promotions.
• Update potential customers on preferred products and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications for Retail Sales Associate:

• Entry level position for commissioned salesperson, with a base salary. (Minimum earning potential between $55k- $100k)
• Favored applicant is detail oriented, resourceful & diligent with a high degree of organization.
• Strong computer skills are a MUST.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft products & internet navigation.
• Must be available to work weekends & holidays.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Software is a plus but not required.
• Strong Time management & organizational skills.
