Reputable Pavement Maintenance Producer seeks a skilled Outside Sales Manager.

Location: Southern, California

Comp: $100K to $140k

Responsibilities:
- Manage Day-to-Day Sales Activities and Related Pavement Preservation Products & Equipment
- Responsible for Driving new opportunities / Building Relationships and Growing Sales
- Strong Presentation and Negotiation Skills

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years in Construction Materials / Outside Sales
- Strong Experience in Sales and Demos / Experience with Proposals / Bids / Orders
