Position Overview: 80 Dials LLC seeks a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating conversations, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach methods.
Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand potential customers' needs and pain points, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria.
Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage potential clients and create interest in our products or services.
Sales Funnel Management: Efficiently manage and update the CRM system to track lead progress and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Education: Educate leads about 80 Dials LLC's offerings, value proposition, and how our solutions can address their specific needs.
Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified leads for appointments or demonstrations with the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads to the sales representatives.
Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality, lead sources, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
