Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time, onsite, Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, by utilizing analytical skills, to identify trends and opportunities, collaborating with cross functional teams to drive research and development projects, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will play a key role in driving innovation and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Drive product launches, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management

Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, project management, within the design and/or furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience with NetSuite or other CRM software is preferred

Pay: $62,400.00 - $74,880.00 per year
