As an Equipment Sales Lead, at Amcor Moda Packaging Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our state-of-the-art packaging equipment to existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific packaging needs, and recommending tailored solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to be a key player in shaping the future of packaging technology. Amcor will provide a successful candidate a high level of specialized training and will be well supported by our highly skilled R&D engineers, our extensive design team and our experienced manufacturing colleagues. This position is considered a remote role.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and target potential customers within the designated territory.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including industry events, online research, and referrals.

Consultative Sales Approach:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their packaging requirements and challenges.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on the most suitable equipment solutions to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in packaging technology and Amcor Moda's product offerings.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our equipment.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

• Develop and present compelling proposals, ensuring they align with the client's budget and expectations.
• Skilfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful sales.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Market Research and Feedback:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product development team to enhance existing equipment and develop new solutions.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Education preferred bachelors degree or equivalent experience in technical, sales and general management preferably within the packaging industry
• 5+ years experience
• Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the industrial equipment or packaging industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of packaging technology and equipment is a plus.
• Willing to travel 75% or more and hold a valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
