```Duties```
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on business development and outside sales, utilizing your strong sales skills to promote and sell our products and services.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Technical sales experience, particularly in technology-related products or services, is highly desirable
- Account management experience is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $69,761.00 per year
