Position Summary:

Responsible for providing sales and service to new and current customers in the Authorized Metro By T-Mobile Retail Store

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers in a timely and positive manner- create a positive sales experience for the customer
• Identifies the customer's needs and provides information related to Metro By T-Mobile products and services
• Completes all aspects of the sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other sales transactions.
• Is a "knowledgeable expert" for customer troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Maintains records of existing and potential customers
• Performs sales tracking, customer account updates and related reporting

Store Processes & Procedures

• Reads and understand all current and new company policies and procedures and market specific objectives as applicable

Merchandising:

• Maintains floor stocking levels, displays, and help ensure that the store is clean and presentable to customers

Minimum Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred
• Must be proficient in computer skills, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Must be available to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 40 per week
