The Outside Sales Department is responsible for all estimates to their particular group of current customers along with any new prospects they are pursuing. It is imperitive that all estimates are provided to these accounts in a timely and accurate manner, providing the correct material requested per plans, specs, written or verbal requests and by the deadline provided. The estimates should be presented in a precise and professional manner, free of errors, with all job details and materials clearly stated so the receiver will have no questions on what product is being presented.

The primary function of the Outside Sales Department is to facilitate the purchase and installation of garage doors and related systems to all customer groups. These customer groups include, but may not be limited to, Home Builders, Home Renovaters, Construction Companies, Retail Customers and any and all types of accounts in the market for a new garage door or component. It is duty of the Outside Sales Deparment to ensure that all stages of these orders in which they are responsible are handled in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
