Job Summary:
At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, diligent, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! Main responsibility of this position will be to achieve sales targets by developing and maintaining high-quality business opportunities in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Formulas market in US and Canada.
Job Description:
  • Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers.
  • Manage and achieve sales targets set by the management team.
  • Collaborate internally to develop new products and services for customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience as a sales or marketing manager.
  • Ability to communicate and present in front of all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or other related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or educational background in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), botanicals, phytochemistry, biology, chemistry or other related fields.
