Executive Search Consultant Animal Health

We are the Boaz Animal Health and Life Science practice team, specializing in assisting biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies with executive search and recruiting. We are looking for an experienced individual who has the drive to succeed and is looking for a supportive company to start their career. We provide all the tools and training for you to start your career in Executive Search!

The Role

• A full desk role winning your own clients, assessing their need to find roles and delivering candidates through building relationships.
• Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including, cold calls, referral generation, networking, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
• Cultivates relationships with candidates and clients to promote growth, teamwork, and credibility.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in a science-based Field; Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Animal Health, etc.
• Experience within the Animal Health, Giagnostics or Pharma industry
• Sales and/or phone experience
• Entreprenurial mindset
• Willing and eager to learn
• Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection
• Structured & organized work approach with a focus on delivering results
