We currently have a full-time position available for a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager with experience in the landscape industry.

Your responsibility:

Account manager will be primary contact for our maintenance clients, building and sustaining long term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and sales. Provide field support to maintenance production supervisor and crews.

Client Satisfaction:

• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal contracts.

Sales:

• Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to clients.
• Developing business and relationship with new leads and existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the companys financial goals.

Operations:

• Assisting in overall leadership of the department.
• Maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
• Coordinating with the Department Administrator to ensure databases contain up-to-date client information and communication.

Are you a good fit?

• 3 year minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
• An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace.

Not mandatory, but a plus if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have the ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
