Wage: $60K - $100K per year

Hours:

• Flexible scheduling
• Start between 5:30 am 7 am
• Options for four ten-hour shifts or five eight-hour shifts

Duties of the outside sales:

• Accumulate 2+ years of experience in selling machine time/hours within a metal manufacturing context.
• Exhibit intermediate to advanced expertise in the CNC sales arena.
• Hold a valid Driver's License.
• Manage and update the CRM database, encompassing customer details, quotes, order statuses, and more.
• Maintain open communication channels with customers regarding order statuses.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Translate intricate concepts into easily understandable terms.
• Achieve set sales targets and objectives.
• Engage in office-based calls, attend crucial meetings, and organize tours for potential clients.

Requirements of the outside sales:

• Minimum of 2 years in machine time/hours sales within metal manufacturing.
• Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in CNC sales.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• Aptitude for managing and updating CRM databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
