Customer Service / Project Coordinator / Inside Sales

Project Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative

$36,400 base plus bonuses and commissions

Anticipated earnings of 50k to 60k year one

JobGiraffe's client is a specialty construction products and services.

As Project Coordinator and Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Support project coordination, customer service and inside sales processes
• Receive inbound warm leads
• Contact leads by phone and email
• Answer questions and address inquiries
• Provide information on product/project details, pricing, availability and lead times
• Make product suggestions upon request
• Facilitate the quoting process
• Take pictures at company jobsites
• Estimate labor and material costs (will train)
• Create and distribute price quotes
• Administer project documentation for accepted quotes
• Administer change orders as necessary
• Assist with material purchasing processes for new projects
• Process and distribute customer billings
• Maintain manual and electronic project files
• Serve as an ongoing point of contact for your customers
• Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Sales / Inside Sales experience
• Customer Service skills
• Project Coordination skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience with construction products and/or construction subcontracting services
• +++ Project Coordination / Project Coordinator experience
