Learn More [please apply online] Restoration Cleanup Company is looking for the right sales team members to drive regional sales in the emergency-related insurance restoration industry. Are you a SALES PRO looking to make an IMPACT? Do you want to earn a great living while serving your neighbors in their time of need?

Our ideal candidate must be able provide quick response times to calls within their geographic and surrounding areas. Additionally, candidates must have availability 24/7 to respond quickly to local emergencies. We are looking for you to de hungry and driven!

Our sales team is given a base salary and earn between $80-$150k annually. There is no experience required, but a great attitude, and a desire to assist people after a disaster is necessary! If you are driven to succeed you have the possibility of earning well into the six (6) figures in your first year.

Responsibilities:

You will be pursuing/chasing emergency leads to sell our company's services to affected homeowners and/or business owners. You will be expected to show up at the scene of an emergency, make contact with the property owner, and sell our necessary and required services to mitigate the damage caused by the emergency.

You need to be active, self-motivated, have good communication skills, responsible, professional, and an experienced individual in the marketing field to build customer relations and create future clientele and revenue growth. Having empathy and sympathy is required to be successful.

• Prior experience in Construction/Restoration sales and chasing fires is a huge plus.

• Have the ability to work independently.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with local emergency response agencies, contractors, insurance agents, and local community
• Must have a clean drivers license and pass a background check.
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to work and produce in a high-pressure & competitive environment.
• Track and complete a daily activity log
