Inside Sales/CSR

Performance Building Products, Inc. provides quality materials and professional installation of garage doors and openers.

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who has experience in the building industry and direct knowledge of garage doors and openers.

This position will encompass sales, service, scheduling, and project coordination. This position also has future advancement options that will include a salary, monthly commissions, and annual bonus.

Duties will include communicating via phone, email, and customer portals. Scheduling jobs, project coordination, and crew alignments. Creating sales orders, invoicing customers, and product ordering.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in the building industry

Direct product knowledge of garage doors and openers

Computer literate - Quick Books, Office 365, Excel is a must

Organized and able to work unsupervised

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Positive can-do attitude and team player

Reliable and punctual

Must pass a pre-employment Drug Test (including THC)

Must pass a basic background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
