SUMMARY
Administrative Coordinator assists with departmental administrative and clerical functions ranging from accounting to logistics to helping support the improvement and development of operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain QFN, PCN, PPAP, and IMDS logs to organize, track due dates, and provide status of open items.
  • Support management of personnel at customer and supplier including active follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain QFN, PCN PPAP, and IMDS Quality files.
  • Provide customer/supplier communication, logging, and maintenance of ISO Certificates.
  • Support Quality surveys including customer/supplier communication and maintaining files.
  • Process shipments for customer returns to suppliers including generating FedEx labels, creating RMA worksheets and tracking sheets.
  • Drafting PCR and DCR forms to submit to customer.
  • Communicate with supplier, customer, and SCM/Operation related to PCR changeover timing.
  • Creating and instructing the operation of stratification sheets.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
  • 6-9 years experience in a similar position.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in supply chain management and familiarity in coordinating activities with warehouses and logistics service providers.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to prioritize and support multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proactive and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Detail oriented and conscientious to produce consistently high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
