Description of role:

Our Company store is in need of an accomplished Retail Sales Associate who finds motivation in working for generous commissions and who loves helping customers find solutions that will improve their lives. We're a family owned and operated store with a long track record in the community, so many of our customers are repeats who always return to us for cell phones. Tasks:

• Greet customers when they walk through the door
• Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four models
• Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
• Upsell extra items when appropriate

Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years' retail sales experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED required
• High-energy, friendly personality
• Capable of interpreting customers' words and showing them products that meet their needs
• Basic addition and subtraction skills
• Willingness to become subject matter expert

Work Schedule:

Full time, Monday-Sunday Our store is open from 10am to 8pm and we are looking for applicants with flexible availability.
