About the Job:

The Client Intake Coordinator is responsible for surveying prospective clients, researching potential cases and managing new client retention. The ideal individual will have an acute attention to detail, work well under pressure, and understand the meaning of exceptional customer service. This position will require critical thinking, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial interviews with potential clients via phone or email.

Respond to new clients in a professional and timely manner.

Quickly gather detailed information about potential clients legal needs.

Assess eligibility and potential case value based on firm criteria.

Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience required.

Demonstrate effective time management and sense of urgency.

Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Well-developed communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in organizing important documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
