Complete training and 24 hour help. We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team and help our clients buy, sell, and rent properties. We have a strong team dynamic with lots of synergy and an amazing company culture! We are looking for someone fun and enthusiastic to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the local real estate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients find the right property for their needs, preparing paperwork, and providing guidance throughout the entire process.

Requirements:

• **Real Estate License Required** (we can help you obtain it)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to drive a boat preferred but not required!
• Must be a fun, happy, energetic person with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the local real estate market and its trends.
• Provide guidance to clients on how to purchase, sell, or rent property.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct research on properties and assess their value.
• Provide advice to clients on mortgages, financing, and other related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the real estate market.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Maintain client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $720,000.00 per year
