Are you social media savvy with a knack for sales? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media and Marketplace Sales Associate. In this role, you'll be responsible for listing items for sale on Facebook Marketplace and promoting them on our store's social media pages. If you're passionate about connecting with customers online and driving sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling listings for items on Facebook Marketplace, ensuring accurate descriptions and appealing visuals.
• Manage inventory and pricing strategies to optimize sales on social media platforms.
• Monitor customer inquiries and engage with potential buyers promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase visibility and sales on social media platforms.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online or retail environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook Marketplace.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires the ability to lift/move up to 45lbs repeatedly / multiple times per day

This is a full time position, 35 - 40 hours per week, at our retail store. 8 hour shifts will be scheduled during our business hours Mon - Saturday 10am - 6pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
