Full description of the position

We are recruiting for a full-time employee (40 hours/week.) We operate business hours six days per week and schedule one month in advance.

*Qualification Requirements*

Qualified candidates will have at least six months to two years of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment. Point-of-Sale (POS) and computer experience highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills needed for customer satisfaction.

Ability to use tact and diplomacy with customers in person and over the phone.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Manual hand dexterity required to operate POS system, copiers, binding equipment, and to complete customer paperwork. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds on an as needed basis.

Strong work ethic, commitment to dependability, and shift start timeliness required. Must have dependable transportation to get to/from the job and to work scheduled shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
