INSURANCE AGENT

RJ Bailey Insurance Center, an independent insurance agency, is looking for a property and casualty insurance agent to help our clients with their auto and home insurance needs. We are seeking a full or part-time team member to join our office. We offer a competitive compensation package, depending on experience, including residual commission.

Position Summary

The Property and Casualty Insurance Agent will need to have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind. Whether its getting answers quickly, consulting on auto and home products, or resolving issues, the incumbent will provide current and prospective clients with a high level of service to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals, families, and small businesses in selecting the products and services that best fit their needs
• Answer questions related to coverage
• Maintain client records in agency management system including all proper documentation of correspondence, calls, and activities
• Performs all duties in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations

Skills Required

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and quickly
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information with ease and empathy
• Strong problem-solving skills
