We need a Customer Account Manager to join our rapidly growing, energetic team! The Customer Account Manager will personally implement our direct marketing strategies and meet with consumers to increase exposure and master the company's daily operations. Our Customer Account Manager will be instructed on sales and marketing techniques, client relations, operations, leadership, and customer service to understand every facet of the company for when they are responsible for their own region. Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager:
- Engage directly with consumers from a client-provided list of leads, develop new relationships, and increase sales
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service while utilizing supplied marketing techniques to increase sales and exposure
- Attend daily company meetings to stay current on all client and product knowledge as well as receive marketing and sales training
- Apply imparted knowledge on effective communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, marketing and sales, and general business operations in order to meet client demands and achieve expansion goals
- Maintaining personal growth and development as well as assisting others in their growth by achieving mastery of each area of business and training new team members in respective fields
Qualifications for a Customer Account Manager:
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, communications, or a related field
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing environments and new information
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of direct marketing and sales would be an asset
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
