Exciting opportunity to lead the sales teams of Lavitt Group Companies Windows & Doors Inc. (WDI), Authentic Window Design (AWD), and Super Enterprises.
Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to the Division President, as Northeast Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in our organization, primarily responsible to lead the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed the yearly sales plan.
- Set clear team targets and individual goals.
- Monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Mentoring and Development
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance the sales teams skills and performance.
Senior Leadership Collaboration
- Work closely with senior leadership as a business partner.
- Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, marketing, and business development.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure effective management of customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Encourage and track the sales teams usage of CRM systems for accurate pipeline and sales projection data.
Customer Outreach
- Manage and track the sales teams participation in vendor-supplied Lunch & Learn programs.
- Proposal and Contract Management:
- Oversee the production and submittal of proposals/contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
People
- Collaborate with human resources to hire and develop the sales team.
- Performance Evaluation
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the window retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
