LOCATION: 10 Risho Avenue East Providence, RI 02914

HOURS: 8:30am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales Department run smoothly

• Handle and prioritize customer requests

• Provide exceptional customer-focused service

• Update and maintain computer-tracking spreadsheet for IT Implementation

• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, preferred

• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or communications in lieu of Associates

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once while prioritizing and remaining flexible

• Strong knowledge of company operating systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Adobe
