• Keller Williams Buchanan Group work on a CAP model so the agent keeps more of their money, best tools, best software, and best training in the real estate business....by agents for agents
• 100% Commission job, no floor or ceiling on the amount of money you can make, also a profit share piece that you can gain income as you help company grow.
• Be able to work for yourself, being able to self motivate and continue to grow/learn is a must to be successful in this business.
• Must be willing to train and learn to get better and elevate skills. Training is free once you are on the team.

• Prospect and lead generate through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses, and more.
• Represent buyers and sellers to start and close real estate transactions
• Foster client relationships
• Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues, and coordinate with third party entities
• Texas state licensing classes are free if applicant is not a licensed realtor yet.
• Must have high moral and ethical standards, want to have fun and work hard in an upbeat work enviorment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 40 per week
