We have an exciting opportunity for a career & growth-minded Landscape Account

Manager - Maintenance to join our team. Our Landscape Account Manager -

Maintenance serves as the primary contact for lead generation, sales results, and

account management for maintenance clients. This position is responsible for

delivering outstanding customer service to all maintenance clients, including

consistent communication and positive resolution of issues. In addition, the role is

responsible for ensuring high-quality outcomes for all client services through

consistent quality assurance processes. Finally, this position is responsible for

creating, communicating, and directing the maintenance schedule on all

properties.

Our Landscape Account Manager Maintenance. This schedule is Monday-Friday

from 7:30 am-5pm with flexibility required.

Responsibilities for Landscape Account Manager - Maintenance:

Manages sales, estimates, and contract administration for the maintenance

division.

Achieving or exceeding budgeted sales and profit goals for the maintenance

department.

Generating new leads throughout the year to fill the sales pipeline.

Preparing estimates and proposals for maintenance and enhancements.

Develops client relationships through ongoing communication.

Contacting clients regarding renewals and enhancement recommendations.

Addressing questions and concerns from clients to ensure positive

experiences.

Ensures that client properties are properly maintained up to Lawngevity

Landscape Services standards.

Monitoring client maintenance agreements to ensure compliance with

expectations.

Inspecting client sites on a weekly basis to ensure quality of work and

proactively identify potential issues.

Serves as a collaborative member of the maintenance leadership team.

Participating in leadership team meetings in a highly cooperative and

positive manner.

Communicating with the maintenance leadership team and Maintenance

Division.

Leads and manages the schedule and execution of maintenance account

projects.

Formulating and administering long-range plans for all contracts and

projects.

Developing and communicating the monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.

Requirements for Landscape Account Manager - Maintenance:

1+ years of account management experience required.

Microsoft Office and Google Suites experience.

Landscape industry experience required.

Creative critical thinking and analysis.

Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
