NY State Solar is Growing again!! We are looking to add 5 additional People to our Inside Sales Team in our Main Sales location.
The ideal sales candidate for this Inside Sales position will be a high-energy, cool tempered, enthusiastic, and financially driven individual who is ready to join a dynamic sales team and make a difference.

Duties and Responsibilities for our Inside Sales Team:
- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.
- Educate clients on the benefits of solar with the purpose of generating appointments.
- Calling or taking calls from prospective clients interested in transition to Solar.
- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
- Utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to keep a detailed log of conversation notes and feedback throughout the day
- Informing the team of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.
- Working with cross functional team members to better improve the solar customer sales experience.
Inside Sales Team Requirements:
- Proven Inside Sales experience in a Phone Call driven environment
- Computer literate - Good Basic Knowledge Needed
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results oriented
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
