SUMMARY:

The Lifecycle/Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting strategic business relations with potential customers, working closely with the Directors of Business Development and Sales Managers. Support in the development of new business opportunities that support ONTILITYs overall growth strategy.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

• Support the solar product lifecycle efforts of the Terrepower division to drive operational excellence.
• Help track and maintain inventory.
• Work with purchasing to make sure all orders are fulfilled.
• Process orders when needed in NS.
• Maintain and pull KPI information for management and team viewing.
• Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across departments.
• Serve as a liaison between engineers and operations to share project information.
• Coordination of efforts to complete interfaces and complementary components to reach lifecycle goals.
• Create slide decks for weekly team meetings.
• Help maintain facilities.
• Help plan company events, travel, office supplies.
• Works with VP to help manage and track expenses.
• Create and maintain document templates for proforma invoices, COD, and others.
• Help track and store documents from customers on customer accounts.
• Proofread
• Research, vet, and recommend potential partners and customers.
• Help with accounting issues involving commissions, AP, AR when needed.
• Cross train with other roles to provide support and backup.
• Work in Netsuite and Oracle and other applications.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking, analytical skills, skills in leading cross functional teams and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet)
• The ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in teams.
• Netsuite experience is a huge plus.
