Full description of the position

We are looking for an energetic on-site property manager to be responsible for the oversight of a Mobile Home community. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. Housing is included with this position. Prior experience in RV or Mobile Home Park management is preferred. This position provides on-site housing. 55 or better management experience a plus!

Responsibilities for Property Manager

• Manage rent roll, distribute rent statements, rent collection and deposits
• Prepare and serve legal notices; enforcement of the community's rules and regulations
• Maintain required logs and forms and comply with all laws and regulations relation to the management and operation of the property
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Screen all resident applications and track home sales, rentals and vacancies.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance by tracking managers budget and forecasting
• Keep Park records (including but not limited to invoice, petty cash reports, receipts, policies and procedures, delinquency reports) in an organized manner and provide them to the appropriate party when necessary
• Be "on call" for emergencies and ensure property coverage

Skills for Property Manager

• Proven work experience as property manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office Suite and relevant databases and software
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
