HIG (voted one of the top businesses to work for in the Philly region) is looking for a Business Insurance Account Manager to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to service the assigned business insurance clients. Service includes: Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, provide guidance to clients on their insurance program, and communicate with insurance carriers for changes to and renewals of insurance coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to clients through the policy year and renewal cycle on assigned small business accounts, including but not limited to remarketing, account rounding, and other related policy management activities.
• Process all change requests from assigned clients.
• Research and respond to all client and carrier inquiries.
• Submit First Notice of Loss to carrier and assist in claim resolution when needed.
• Review expiration list and take appropriate action on each policy utilizing the Agency Management System & department processes and procedures.
• Perform other assignments/projects at Managers request.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must maintain a Property and Casualty License.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely (written & verbal).
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must provide prompt & accurate responses.

Experience in Applied EPIC preferred but not mandatory

Work in the office one a day week from either Marlton (Main Office) or Vineland (Satellite Office)
