Dillard's Kenwood is now hiring Sales Specialists for it's Ladies Department. You must be comfortable approaching strangers and selling. You also must be comfortable telling our customers about the benefits of our Dillard's store credit card.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Demonstrate knowledge of jewelry, wireless, and technology products to effectively sell to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is preferred
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Knowledge of technology products and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits
