About us
MARK DOWNS OFFICE FURNITURE in Towson, MD. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional service helping them revitalize, upgrade, or add to their home or work space.
Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right Office Furniture/ Products and making purchasing decisions
- Handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Ensure products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions
- Experience in electronics sales, technical sales, or wireless sales is a plus
